Items included on ballot that Area Reps are distributing

These topics are scheduled to be addressed and possibly voted on at tonight's meeting:

1. Playset in east common area.
2. Third party to enforce CCR's
3. Legal council to assist in collecting debts
4. Fines for CCR violations
5. Extra surplus funds- comments/suggestions.

Upcoming HOA Meeting - 18 Oct @ 7:00pm

The next HOA meeting will be held Tuesday, October 18th at 7:00 p.m. in the east common area of the neighborhood.

At the last HOA meeting the neighborhood was divided into subsections. A representative was then appointed to advocate and provide information to the homes in their subsection. Your representatives should be coming around in the next few days to give you notice of the meeting and provide you with a ballot to vote on important HOA issues. If you would like to have a say in these issues, please return your ballot to your agency representative, or bring your ballot with you to the meeting on Oct. 18th.

You will have the opportunity to vote on issues such as-
*whether or not to put a playset in the east common area
*third party to enforce CCRS
*legal council to assist in collecting debts
*fines for CCR violations
*comments and suggestions as to how to handle surplus funds

Please look for these ballots coming to you shortly.
